IT'S PORN!***

Well look at that. Kashra wins three games in a row, 6-0 everytime. (Not like Kashra needs MORE reasons to inflate his head).

Bets were made and the game was on. Kashra got more and more confident with each score, to where he felt the need to show off a bit by earning earning his victory with a tweener at match point. It was an exciting game to say the least...but was it more exciting than the aftermath once the game was over? It might be better to ask Kashra, rather than the sore loser.

Here's a commission done for Runeclaw. It's a gift picture for two GSD's I know, so it was a lotta fun to do. Sooo, I hope that you three like it, as well as any others who view it.

ps: Of course FA goes down as soon as I'm ready to post this. ;p oh well, most people who check out my art don't check out my LJ anyway...so for those who do, you guys get to see it early. ;)

my gosh....

The past few hours have been stressful.

I wanna keep this short, but to do so, I can't explain all the details, so in a nutshell:

To my surprise, I have monday-friday off from school. Instantly, Tyk and I discuss a possible trip; me going up to Orlando. Which sounds awesome, but I hesitated, cause for one, I kinda looked forward to just relaxing at home, but more crucially, I hate it when Tyk spends money on me, and also I needed parents permission, which would possibly lead to them asking if Tyk and I were dating.

So I of course didn't even think my parents would let me go, but I talk to my good friend, Radjin, and he kinda helps persuade me to ask away, and tell her the truth.

I ask my mom if I can go to Orlando, and that all my expenses would be payed for by Tyk....which I KNOW only makes her suspect MORE that something is going on between him and I... My mom asks:

"So how do you know? Have you even TRIED dating someone from the opposite sex? You've never had a girlfriend...."

She's obviously uncomfortable with this topic, as she's talking to me, but has a stone-face, and doesn't even glance at me...her eyes are on the TV the entire time... Then she asks what the relation is between Tyk and I....if we're an item or what.

I tell her that I like him...and he likes me....then I hear my friend Radjin's voice in my head, and I see Tyk's face, and I KNOW I should just tell her the FULL Truth.....so I tell her:

"What if....him and I WERE an item?"

Mom doesn't say anything....she keeps her on the TV. Her face is still...blank....I continue to talk, but more forward and directly:

"Mom. Matt and I like to consider ourselves as an item."

She still doesn't say anything...so I get up and leave. As soon as I leave the room, I'm screaming in my head, in disbelief that I actually just did all that.

And with the question of my going to Orlando...she said to ask my dad. I was scared to ask my dad, cause he might ask what my relation is with Tyk...and Dad doesn't even know I'm gay...so it'd be a double whammy for him if I told him everything. And my dad is...more likely to get upset and over-react than my mom.

I called up my friend Tahoe, to relax a bit and vent.

Then talk to me dad....he doesn't even ask what the relation is between Tyk and I, but mostly worries about the money issue. Eventually, he says okay.

I was excited. I skipped and squeeled on the way back to my room, and called up Tyk, all excitedly, like a little kid.

Basically, what I THOUGHT it was gonna be like was:
- Leave Tuesday morning, arrive Tuesday evening
- Have dinner with Tyk and get to have a nice sleep with him
- Wednesday and Thursday would be our days to spend together
- Friday he has work, so it'd be a half day together
- Saturday he has work, so it'd be another half day.
- Sunday morning or afternoon, I'd leave.

What the situation actually WAS:
- Leave Tuesday aternoon, arrive Tuesday at about 11:30pm (basically Wednesday morning)
- Wednesday and Thursday would be our days to spend together
- Friday he has work, so it'd be a half day together
- Saturday he has work, but I'd have to leave VERY early saturday morning, before he goes to work, so he and I wouldn't even get to sleep.
- Tyk is getting a little sick, so him not getting a lot of rest from me being there, would only make his sickness worse.
- He's in a new house, so he would sacrifice unpacking just to entertain me

This trip would cause me to miss July 4th with my family....and this year, my mom is actually doing something new. For almost 20 years, every July 4th, we've done the same thing...but my mom was excited about trying something new...and I supported her....so that's one of the reasons I disappointed her when I told her I wanted to leave.

So basically, If I went:
- Tyk would be spending hundreds of dollars on me to fly and eat....for only 2.5 days
- While those 2.5 days with him would be wonderful, as I LOVE him....I'd be sacrificing a few things... for ONLY 2.5 days, when I originally thought it'd be ABOUT 4 days altogether.
- Disappointing my mom for this new plan she had for July 4th
- Tyk's sickness could possibly get worse, cause he's sick right now, and lack of rest is only making it worse....he would get less rest if I were there...so I'd possibly make it worse
- Tyk moved in a new house just today....so I'd prevent him from unpacking.

Tyk's phone was almost dead tonight, and he needed his phone as an alarm for work (in 3 hours), so him and I were RACING to communicate and plan, I was collecting his credit card info, and we had to decide on times and prices....all before his phone died...and it even started beeping on him....and I was keeping Radjin waiting, who I said I'd call in a sec....but Tyk and I ran into obstacles in deciding....and his phone was low, and he NEEDED to wake up in time tomorrow....so it was hectic! @_@

Anyways. I decided to not go. It just doesn't feel worth it, if I went, especially for ONLY 2.5 days versus all the things it would cause that I listed above if I went.

BUT....me, being the optimistic type...I still feel like I gained something out of this...I feel a bit achieved...Tyk said he was proud of me... I tried to make it, but I decided not to go, BUT... I DID tell my mom about us...which is a pretty big obstacle I jumped. :)

annnnnd I'm done. Sleep. -_-zzZZZzzzZZZZ

Well I've been absent from most everyone, online and in real life, cause Tyk was visiting.
Don't feel like I need to really say a while lot. Things started slightly rough, but things got a lot better. I had a great time with him.

We hung out, went to the mall, ate food, more hanging out, movies, unf-unfed, disneyland, the beach, tossed the frisbee in the shores of the beach, etc. (not particularly in that order) :) Good times.

It's weird, cause everytime I see him after a long time, I'm SO use to only hearing his voice, and not seeing the face that goes with it. So everytime I re-see him, he feels almost like a stranger. It's weird. But the more I see him, the quicker things start feeling back to where we last left off.

Thinking back, my favorite moment has GOT to be when we were at the beach, tossing the frisbee back and fourth. I could see him standing in the water, sometimes just as a silhouette and other times lit up from the sunlight, and it was very much the man I was happy to be in love with.

This morning, I woke up half way, looked at him in my bed, and just felt a bit of doldrums, and went back to sleep. Got a little misty eyes and sniffly as I watched him dress for the last time in awhile, and then again in the car as we reached his terminal. Got out the car to get his suitcase, and hugged and kissed him goodbye.

And now, I'm working on late homework. ;) But tis all fine. I always try to not be a downer, so I'm kinda just at simply "look forward to seeing him again!" :)

Thanks Radjin and Kashra for letting us hang out over there as often as we did. It was VERY much appreciated. There might've been a FEW slightly awkward moments here and there, but all was fun.

Guitar Hero IV

1) Guitar Hero IV -- It's lookin damn awesome, and I am excited as hell for it.
2) Guitar Hero vs. Rock Band?

1) Guitar Hero IV

<lj-embed id="26" />

- So four bands have been confirmed for the game—Van Halen, The Eagles, Linkin Park, and Sublime.

- The Eagles. The Eagles. The frickn Eagles. Give me Hotel California, and this game is an automatic purchase from me.

- Sublime.... It BETTER frickn be Santeria. Yeah, the song is a bit overplayed, but it hasn't been overplayed by video games yet. :D

- ALL the songs are suppose to be master tracks. Project director Brian Blight claims that they have "a pretty even split between the '80s, '90s, and classic rock" with a "good amount of emerging bands". (Give me Jack's Mannequin tracks please)

- There's suppose to be MORE songs in GH4 than there ever has been in any other previous GH games...which can even mean just ONE more song or something stupid, but nevertheless, I'm excited.

- The drums are also velocity sensitive (meaning: hit soft=quiet sound....hit hard=loud sound), and have 3 main drums, a base drum, with 2 high hats. AWESOME. And it's WIRELESS right out of the box. I don't know WHY rock band had wires, and that stupid usb hub thing...but guitar hero should be completely wireless from the start.

- You'll have the ability to upload your own songs, and create the note charts for it. This is a mode that I'm only partially excited about. I like the idea, but the problem is, if it's like Frets on Fire (computer knock off of Guitar Hero) then there's the problem of: When you screw up a note, a CLUNK sound is created, but the music keeps on playing. That really ruins the immersion. If you play bad, the notes you miss should not play....it makes it REWARDING when you finally DO get down an awesome solo, and you get the reward of hearing the solo being played...makes you feel like you did it yourself. And that's a fun feeling.

2) Guitar Hero vs. Rock Band

Annoying and Expensive. I love both games, but seriously, it's annoying having to buy two separate things, AND expensive.

But it my just be my excitement, but from how things look so far, Guitar Hero IV is lookin to at least really give Rock Band a run for its money, if not surpass it.

Honestly, I hope it DOES surpass Rock Band, because I like the display over the note charts in Guitar Hero a LOT more than the Rock Band display. All Guitar Hero IV has to do, to surpass Rock Band is:

* = Guitar Hero IV seems to be excelling

- *Needs an awesome track list that's fun on all instruments.
- Needs wider variety of songs that are a challenge to play on each instrument. (There was only 3 or 4 songs on Rock Band that were difficult on guitar)
- Take the cooperative scoring system that Rock Band has.
- *Keep Everything wireless.
- *Make the drums better than the Rock Band Drums
- *Keep the guitar advantage. Rock Band Guitar < Guitar Hero Guitar.

*begins to fantasize about a tracklist*

<lj-embed id="25" />

Now it obviously doesn't look like it's going to be as fun as a console version of Guitar Hero, but it definitely looks like it COULD be a fun little mini version of it, and I often get the Guitar Hero urge when I'm the go, so this might be cool.

There's only 4 frets, so I'm worried about the difficulty... Songs are boring when they're too easy, simple as that. BUT it comes out at the end of June, and it just seems so sudden, cause I didn't catch this thing until now...though I heard rumors building up for awhile now.

I think it's awesomeness is going to be determined by:

1) Track List (supposed to have 20 exclusive DS songs, plus some tracks on previous GH games)
2) Comfort and Ease of frets
3) Difficulty of the note charts for the music

I'm most likely gonna cop dat shiz hommeh.

Califur Short Report

Well I'm back from Califur, and in the middle of my book-report typing, I'm here to type up a quick con report. It was a small con, so I don't got TOO much to report.

Overall, I had a good time.

The con itself: Could've been worse, but could've been a lot better as well. For one, I believe I am not alone to assume that a furry con would be held at a hotel that allowed dogs. I'm not trying to whine or point fingers, cause of course, I could've called the hotel myself, and just ASKED them myself....speaking of asking the hotel staff.... I called them before Califur, and asked them if their standard hotel TV's allowed foreign devices, and they told me no. When we got there, it turns out their standard TV's DO allow foreign devices. Which is cool, but it's just ANNOYING to get wrong information, because plans could have been done better.

What made the con awesome? Cool people/friends. I met up with old friends, and met some new cool people. To me, that's what a con is all about. Unfortunately, my friends Kashra, Radjin, and Charm came all the way up....to find out that the con didn't allow dogs...which totally sucked, cause I was very much lookin forward to hanging with them at the con, in air conditioned places, talk, goof off, et cetera. But we all did our best to try and make something out of it. Which is awesome. So the people they were looking forward to seeing, came outside to THEM.

It was hot as hell outside though, so I tried my best to not be cranky. I did a lot of walking....not a TON....but more walking than I expected. I wore flip-flops, so my feet were hurting from all the walking. My fault.

Syrus and I held the Brawl room party thing which was real cool. We had a projector TV, the hotel's TV, and my TV....all hooked up and had 3 copies of Smash Bros. Brawl and Mario Kart Wii. We had a ton of food, way more than we needed. But it was fun! There were people who I expected, and people who I didn't expect. I didn't hear my phone, so I screwed up and didn't see a few messeges who were people who were asking for the room number. =X So thanks to ALL of those who came, even if I didn't know your name! We appreciate it!

So to all those who showed up, thanks a TON for showing up. It was fun to have a room, and experienced players and non-experienced players all playing together. Only thing that sucked, was trying to pass by the three TV's. lol Oh well, for a last-minute party plan, I thought it went pretty well. Thanks a TON to Syrus and Flaming Wars who helped a ton with setting it all up too.

So yes. Overall, I had a good time, the con itself was....okay, but I had a nice time. Thanks to everyone who hung out with me and/or said hi. It were those times that really made the time up in Irvine not suck.

Quick Shoutouts:

Syrus- Thanks a ton for hanging out and doing the whole brawl party thing, and playing rockband and brawl and such....and just general hanging out! It was fun, and funny at a lot of times!

Flaming Wars- Twas cool meeting ya and hangin out. PRetty much what I said to Syrus applies to you.... And yes, that guy singing on Rockband, was INTENSE. I saw we both had the same reaction, as he sung between us. lol....oh and thanks again for carrying the TV!

Kane & Wolfe- Thanks for helping out with the party as well, twas fun to meet ya guys in person and talk and hang out! Definitely helped with the contribution of laughter causes at the con.

Kilgore & Seregei- It was cool to meet you guys as well! I know I didn't talk TOO much at the party thing, as I was running around a lot trying to set up food, and then after that, I just needed to sit and relax and crap. BUT anyways, again, thanks for comin down to the room to hang. You guys were some nice folk. :)

Gamer Wolf- Again, it was cool to meet ya in person, and have ya around for some gaming! It was cool to see ya wandering around, even late at night.

I Am Weasel- We didn't talk too much, but you seemed pretty cool from the time that Syrus introduced us and the gaming and such.

Cameroo- Damnit. This happens at every con. I TELL myself I'll hang out more with certain people....and it ends up not happening that way. I'm glad you called me out to say hi though, and talked a little bit! I feel pretty bad for bailing out after asking for a place to stay. I still VERY much appreciate your open doors for me. I was just way too sleepy, more than I imagined, at nights during the con. If I attempted to drive, I feel like I would've crashed or something. @_@ BUT nevertheless, it was good to see ya man, and hope to hang out more next time I see ya...possibly when Jirris comes to California!

Rubbertex- Again, similar to Cameroo, you were on e of the people I told myself I'd hang out with more, but it didn't turn out that way. Though the fact that you CHANGED YOUR NUMBER might have something to do with it. ;) But I'm glad you hollered at me when you saw me! Twas good to see you at the end of the con, when almost everyone else I knew was gone. Though it would've been nicer to see you more throughout the con.

Roofus & Tsuyoto- I gotta really thank you guys for letting me sleep in your room. I hate to impede on any one in any way...and I know I kinda of DID interfere with a few things, and for that im sorry. But thanks a TON for hanging out, letting me crash at your place so I didn't have to risk crashing on the road, and for....just general good company. I know I'm repeating myself. @_@

Nekomon- GECKOFACE! It was good to see ya again as well, even though we were both mostly running around trying to do our own things. I would've liked to have hung out more, but I figure I'll get to see ya more next week. ;) Thanks for the drink offer as well (even though it was a non-alcoholic drink! D:).

Radjin & Kashra & Charm- I feel bad for not checking with the hotel to make sure on their dog policy when Kashra called. I just kinda....assumed. =X Could've saved you guys a lotta time and gas. But nonetheless, I hope you guys didn't feel like it was a COMPLETE waste of time and money. It was good to least see you guys there for a few hours, even if plans didn't quite fall through perfectly. <=)

Bluefists- I dig your suit! ;3 Twas cool to see ya there too. I don't know you all THAT well, but you're definitely nice company. The first day at the con, I was totally caught off gaurd when you stopped by to say hi. For a split second, I didn't even recognize you. :P But yeah... Twas fun.

Dago & Bongo- Twas cool to see you guys again! Thanks a ton for helping me out so willingly and just being kind in general! It was awesome hanging out!

Krig- *highfives*!!!! I t hink for the most part, the majority of our highfives were well-planted. Even if you disagree. D: Anyways, lol, I saw you more this con than I have at any other con! So it was cool to get that chance, it was a lotta fun man. Sorry I couldn't join you in the pool naked!

Kurisu- I know we only said hi for a second, but it was a nice greet! I knew you were at the con, but I only ever saw you that ONE time on the last day....oh well, was nice to see ya!

Pup & Pad- I didn't get to see you guys NEARLY as much as I wanted! I saw you guys out of suit like ONCE, and you guys were driving away at the time. ;p Though I saw you guys in suit like 2 or 3 times. Anyways.... It was awesome to see you guys nevertheless, in your fursuit antics. You guys are insane and fun to be around, and I'm glad I got SOME time at all to spend with you guys.

<strike>FurFragged</strike>- So I knew Keovi was there, but I was surprised to see Koda, then YOU! It sucks it was the last day, but I was glad to catch ya. I saw you at a table, drawing, with a big tin of markers, and I walked up to you, and was JUST about to say "What the hall are YOU doing here?!" all friendly like....but then I realized it wasn't you....it was Mitch, who looks like your twin. =X I played it off pretty well though, I got one foot in front of who I thought was you, and when I was about to say hi, I read the name tag, and instead of saying hi, I pretending that he was in my way, and shifted around him....hahahaha

<strike>Belic Bear</strike>- BELIC! Dude, so I didn't even know you were gonna be at the con! I was just sitting there, then turned around, and BOOM! There you were, all big, and with a blue hankerchief on your head, and your big floofy beard. I was about to say hi, but then I realized it wasn't you RIGHT before I said hi....=X DAMNIT

I know I may missing some names, but I mean nothing by it. Thanks to everyone.

Now I gotta finish a TON of school work before I head up to the bay area this weekend.....I'm REALLY looking forward to it, and I know it's gonna be a TON of fun.... I'm so excited, to where I feel paranoid that something bad is gonna happen... but forget that crap!

omfg, thanks a ton Kima.

I was introduced to Rascal Flatts by Kima, with the song "Winner at a Losing Game"....which is a good song, but I finally tried a few of their other songs (ie: The Glory of Life, My Wish, God Blessed the Broken Road, etc.), and I really love it.

Tis country music, the kind I like. :) This is gonna help me write my essay I need finished @_@

The Glory of Life
is my favorite so far:
<lj-embed id="24" />

It's got a mix of country, gospel and soul, with a hint of jazz.... I dig jazz. And it's got just a lot of emotion in it all, especially near the end. The music fits the title very much, and I love that.

Creating a Company

So for my Web Campaign Class, we had to design a company, from the bottom up. I got stuck with Sports Rehabilitation. So I had to create a company, type up a report of what they're all about, their services, their beliefs, just everything about them. Then I had to create a logo.

We had to create:
-Company
-Company Branding (Logo, slogan, colors, etc.)
-Company Letterhead
-Company E-mail Blast
-Company Website

But in t his lj post, you will only see the Company Braning and website.

I chose the name "Veiovis" as the name of my company. "Veiovis" is the name of a Roman God of Healing. Veiovis is usually depicted with a goat, and or a Laural wreath.

So here were my protoype logo designs:

My Final Logo turned out as:

So as you can see, I went through a few versions and styles of logos. I ended up going with a more modern and a more subtle metaphorical logo, which I think works out a lot better than the rest. It's a lot stronger and younger looking and professional looking overall. Also, the symbol works well as a favicon. I also stuck with roman colors, that I also reuse throughout the entire website.

The final logo makes a "V" shape as WELL as an "S" shape....to represent the first and last letter of "Veiovis"

The left part of the "V" represents the horns of the goat (as it has grooves like a goat's horn), and the right part of the "V" represents the Laural wreath (as it has the leaves).

The final layout of the website turned out as this:

URL: http://plattonline.com/webcampaign/veiovis/index.html

I wanted a simple layout, with a lot of 'open-air' feel to it. I wanted important information right on the front page, such as the services, the main call to action (setting up an appointment), and the main flash animation on the home page has transitions that POINT and lead the eye to the form to set up an appointment. The locations, hours, and phone numbers are also on the front page.

The other pages have interchaging pictures where the flash is on the homepage, in order to not slow the website down too much. Also, ALL the images in the mainflash area on ALL the pages (except for the services page) were chosen carefully, to have a "V" shape somewhere in the picture to further enforce the "V" in "Veiovis"

I can talk a lot about it, and my though processes and procedures, but I don't have the time right now. :P Or energy.

Oh, and check out the staff page. ;3

Motivation: Compassion vs. Firmness

(This entry is LESS about my personal family, and more about the principle of things.)

My parents are downstairs right now discussing my little brother's bad grades.

They're arguing about HOW to approach my little brother about his grades. My mom has more of the compassion approach, and my dad has more of the firm approach.

My mom wants to simply give my little brother the letter that says he won't walk the graduation if he doesn't improve his grades, and figures THAT'S enough of a smack on the hand to motivate my little brother to make him feel bad for his mistakes AND motivate him to do better.

My dad is more aggressively saying to strip a lot of his 'freedom's away, basically yell at him and how he'll end up working at McDonalds as a career, etc.

(Damn, this reminds me of my politics class)

My personal standpoint? I actually lean towards my mom's approach.

I think you definitely need to let someone realize their mistakes, and feel bad about it....but then you should encourage and be sympathetic and supportive.... I don't like the approach of beating someone who's already down. What kind of motivation is that? I mean, maybe with some exceptions here and there, but in general, I believe more of the compassionate approach.

(My mom confuses me so much. Sometimes we see eye to eye on things, sometimes we're completely opposite.)

EDIT: And now, I'm even more sure that my dad will not take my homo-ness well. My mom still hasn't really accepted it I dont think.

So yesterday, I hung out with Radjin and Kashra again. Twas cool for the most part.... they haven't gotten completely sick of me yet? ;p Talked a bit about american politics and how they should be more important to me, and how my american politics class is giving me trouble. I felt more foolish than anything, but the last thing Radjin said was something supportive like "Even if it's hard for you, you can always come to me or Kashra for help." So I guess I THEN realized that that's the answer I was seeking for in the first place. :P

So Besides that, the topic of FC09 came out. Now originally, I claimed that I probably won't make FC09, because of school. I don't know what my schedule is gonna be in late January, but I can't fail any classes. So while assuming that I would spend like 400 bucks to fly there and stay there for just 2 nights....it didn't seem worth it....but talking to Radjin and Kashra lastnight, I realized that Radjin will still be down in San Diego at the time with a car....so I could just hitch a ride with him.

So I CAN probably make FC09...but this year, I'll only be there for probably 2 nights and 3 days (prob friday-sunday).

But.... I just called up the Double Tree, and they're full except for thursday....

So what the hell...

EDIT: When I said the Double Tree was sold out, I meant that the hotel rooms under the CON RATE were sold out. The guy on the phone said something about asking to guy who is setting up the con rate rooms to get more "blocks" or something. But the current con-rate rooms are sold out.

Okay, so I love choreographed dancing. It really is awesome. I love it, ever since I was a little pup.

A lot of our home movies of when me and my brother(s) were little were of us dancing together and crap.

D: I never took up dancing though (though my little brother continued it). They just had the best style, were the most creative, and their moves felt the most polished and precise.

PYT was probably my most favorite one. :3

Damn, if I could dance....

So my favorite performances from them:

PYT

<lj-embed id="20" />

MTV

Music Videos

MTV Shows

Entertainment News

All That Jazz

<lj-embed id="21" />

MTV

Music Videos

MTV Shows

Entertainment News

<lj-embed id="22" />

I got 2 big papers and our tests are in essay format. I havn't written an essay since like 10th grade or something.

The worse part is... it's American Politics. I HATE Politics.

Now, no offense to those who like it, I can respect people who are into it, but it's personally just not my thing. I don't care WHAT grade I get, I just want to pass. This is gonna be tough.

Being overwhelmed, all I wanna do is lay down, eat good food, be with friends, music, etc.

Good Songs Cut Short

Ugh.

So you know when you hear a REALLY AWESOME good song, but the musicians made it REALLY REALLY short? It sucks. Like The Format's "A Save Situation" or Motion City Soundtrack's "Attractive Today" etc...

Now it's one thing when a band write a short song that's REALLY awesome...but it's another thing when they release an UNFINISHED song that is completely awesome...but unfinished and short.

I just watched August Rush, and this is what's causing me to rant. :P

"Father's Song"
<lj-embed id="19" />

SUCH an awesome song, but apparently, it was just never finished, and so didn't make the soundtrack for the movie, and isn't anywhere to be found online. It reminds me a lot of Michael Jackson's "Ben"

Doctor Says....

So I came back from the doctor's today, to discuss more of my chest pains. So in conclusion, I'm MOSTLY okay, for now, but if I continue on like this, I'll likely get heart disease from around 40-50.

The doctor didn't completely come out and claim that I had GERD, but I AM definitely having some acid-reflux related problems.

My doctor is so awesome. She's funny, light-hearted, and pretty easy to talk to. She even made playful gay jokes in a light-hearted manner. ;p

So I left with three tips to help the prevention of heart-disease in the near future, and my acid-reflux/GERD thing:

1) Relieve Stress
2) Diet (Smaller portions, more meals, and reduce tomatoes, chocolate, etc.)
3) Exercise

ps: Mag-safe Macbook charger costs $80? I'm just suppose to exercise and diet (no chocolate, tomatoes, citrus fruits, smaller portions, etc.) 2 weeks prior to my doctor's appointment.

I'm just hoping I'm healthy enough to die of age. ;3
